1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EMAG.PK, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. B2B Services

EMAG.PK is a B2B dropshipping platform. All accounts registered as Stores or Sellers must provide accurate business information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false data.

3. Dropshipping Policy

Stores are responsible for their own customer service and marketing. EMAG.PK acts as the fulfillment partner. We ensure that products are shipped directly to the customer as per the details provided by the Store.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are in PKR. Wholesale prices are fixed by the system/sellers. Stores may set their own selling prices to customers. Profits are settled as per the payout schedule defined in the dashboard.

5. Limitation of Liability

EMAG.PK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our platform or products.
